SHIPPING POLICY
We make every effort to fulfill our orders quickly. We process orders for shipping Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will begin processing the next business day pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
Items being shipped to Puerto Rico will have IVU tax added at the final stage of checkout.
All domestic packages are shipped via USPS.
We offer Flat Rate Ground Advantage and Priority Shipping Options for delivery within the United States.
Please allow 1 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing.
We offer FREE Standard Service for orders over $100 in merchandise subtotals.

- USPS Ground Advantage - FREE
- USPS Priority Mail - $10.00
- Within the United States (outside of Puerto Rico):
- USPS Ground Advantage Class - $7.00
- USPS Priority Mail - $12.00
Please note, USPS Ground Advantage to the United States can take up to 2 weeks in transit and does not offer insurance. If you would like your package to be insured, please select the Priority option. Priority Mail includes shipping insurance of up to $200 of coverage at no extra cost. If you would like additional coverage, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you wish to ship your order internationally, you can email us at orders@jilgueritos.com if you have any questions and we will gladly help you. Please be aware that applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please note that for all wholesale orders, the shipping process follows a distinct procedure to ensure accuracy and fairness in shipping costs. While our system may automatically mark these orders as eligible for free shipping during the checkout process, this is not the case for wholesale purchases.
After your wholesale order is placed, it will be carefully prepared and weighed to determine the exact shipping cost. This is because wholesale orders typically involve larger quantities and varying weights, making it crucial to calculate the shipping fee based on the specific details of each order.
Once the order has been weighed and the shipping fee calculated, you will receive a separate invoice from us, the store owner, detailing the shipping costs. This invoice must be paid to complete the processing of your order. We are committed to providing transparency and clarity in our shipping practices, and this method allows us to ensure that you are charged fairly based on the actual weight of your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping confirmation email to view your item's tracking page on the carrier’s website.
LIABILITY
We are liable for the purchasing of the label and arranging courier/Postal Service pickup. Once your package has been successfully handed over to the courier/Postal Service, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or undelivered goods. If a package is returned due to Insufficient or undeliverable address, your order will be refunded minus any shipping fees.
