Refund policy
At Jilgueritos, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below:
- Returns are eligible for a full refund in the form of store credit if returned within 15 days of delivery date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- After 15 days no returns will be accepted. No exceptions.
- Refunds to the original form of payment, will only happen if there are any inventory issues with your order and we cannot fulfill it. There will be no other exceptions.
- Products marked as “sale”, products part of a specific sale or promotion, special orders or preorders and gift cards may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Jilgueritos will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
- We recognize that returns are important to our customers. Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Jilgueritos reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If a customer refuses to pay shipping, we will only refund 50% of the current selling price of the item.
- To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at www.jilgueritos.com
- Jilgueritos is sold through a network of stores, we are only responsible for pieces purchases directly from www.jilgueritos.com.
You can request and manage returns from your customer account. Access self-serve returns here.
Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your printed invoice. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for store credit to be issued.
For a more convenient service you can request a return label to be sent by email. A return label fee will be deducted from your refund. You can also choose to send the package using the carrier of your choice. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Gift Returns:
To arrange a gift return, please email us at orders@jilgueritos.com and we will further assist you. Gifts bought on sale will not be able to be exchanged. Regular refund policy applies.
Store Credits:
Store credits (in the form of electronic gift cards) are valid for 12 months from the date it was issued. Please present store credit at the time of purchase. Once the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the credit anymore, no exception.
Discount Codes:
Discount codes are entered at checkout. Discount codes can't be applied after purchase.
